Pour Pony FAQ

  • Due to state laws in Georgia, we are considered a “dry hire”. Meaning we cannot sell alcohol directly to the consumer. The customer is responsible for the purchase of the alcohol, and we as a Mobile Bartending service- serve it. We CAN help you with consumption amounts and types of liquor you need to purchase.

  • Yes! We love to do coffee and cocoa bars. Our hot cider is amazing on a cold day and our lemonade can cool the hottest of Georgia’s summer scorchers. We will work with you on ANY type of event to make it fun, unique, and next level for your guests.

  • Our rig was once a 2-horse bumper pull horse trailer, so we do need room to maneuver and park it with a truck. It can go pretty much anywhere a vehicle can drive. We disconnect the truck from the trailer during service for aesthetics, so we do need fairly flat ground.

  • We cannot change dates due to inclement weather, but our bar can still operate in mild, rainy weather. It can also be parked under a tent or inside some buildings. Anywhere you can drive a small RV the rig will also fit.

  • The Pour Pony Mobile bar requires a 50% payment to confirm and book your desired dates. The remainder of payment is due 7 days prior to your event. Inside 7 days your event is non-refundable.

  • Décor- we love to help decorate Chappy for fun themed events, but we are happy to let you, or your event planner customize this so that your event is YOUR style. We have many complimentary accessories that you may choose from including white or holiday market lights, chalkboards, signage, foliage, lighting, café tables & chairs.

  • We are fully insured with general and liquor liability. Contact us if your venue needs more specifics.

  • We need at least one standard 120-volt 15-amp outlet within 100 feet of the trailer. Low noise generators are available for a small additional fee if we are serving in a location away from electricity.

  • Currently we are just serving bottles and cans.
